Good for him. I would say it took far far more courage to come out 20 years ago before being lesbian was so fashionable than it is to have gender changing surgery today.

My guess is she always felt more male than female - and maybe even genetically/biologically is - and the surgery feels like a natural progression for her. I can't imagine how difficult the choice is..for anyone, much less (the child of) a celebrity.

All that to say, yes, I do think that would make her straight again. I think..
