perhaps i'm just angry because i never thought to sue when this employer used to call me gorgeous all the time (despite my objections) or that co-worker kept trying to give me shoulder rubs (again, despite my objections) - instead i just verbally chastised them and went on with my life. but things were different in the 80's....

This isn't school and he wasn't a kid. This is sexual harassment, and it seriously needs to stop. I get this kinda crap at work (cafeteria) all the time, as well as on the bus and it pisses me off to no end.
